JOE.

A coffee addict with a side of pizza and 20 years in the trades under his belt, Joe discovered woodworking at an early age building model air planes and hasn't stopped since. He opted for a change in scene in 1990 to study interior design and moved to Massachusetts for 10 years. There he found himself working for one of the best traditional woodworkers in Boston learning the ins and outs of everything from marine to commercial to residential custom woodwork. He eventually moved back to Baltimore in 2000 to start up his own business. Joe's style is rooted in the traditional methods seen throughout New England, but he also has a flair for the modern and deco. Joe is a fearless challenge acceptor, dare him to do it and you won't be disappointed.

BAIT.

Resident fly catcher, door greeter, and avid grass chewer, Bait is the shop operations manager. Blind almost since birth, his other senses are heightened to supercat capabilities, adding sonar and an impeccable memory in his "absence of sight.” A show-off and attention hog, you can always find Bait in the middle of things. He's earned the nickname “The Pest” by his shop mates for his uncanny ability to instantly locate sandwiches, laptops, and piles of drawings currently being worked on in addition to his skill at anchoring laps. Bait enjoys naps under the planer, in front of the shop door, on the setup table.... and everywhere else.
